Are notes and bonds automatically approved by the plugin?

No. The plugin is software infrastructure only. It does not approve offerings, securities, repayment terms, or investor eligibility.

What must happen before public use?

All notes, bonds, terms, disclosures, exemptions, eligibility rules, and offering documents must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public use.

Does the system support certificates?

Yes. The plugin includes certificate record scaffolding and display support. Production certificate verification should be tested before public use.
